Core loops, reward pacing and the user’s experience are all central to good system design. Systems should be easy for players to understand and set their expectations for reward delivery.
Economy Design
The other sides of the system design coin is the economy. All systems must be carefully mapped and scoped so that the game’s economy does not overheat or under deliver. I have years of experience working on casino rewards, loot boxes and battle passes.
Team Leadership
The key to a good designer is their ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the team. I have worked with very large teams as a team lead, manager and director. I will make sure the team is aligned around a single vision.
